I am in my early 20s and I always been self-conscious about my nose. I liked the photoshop job that "prettything" had been doing on miley cyrus and haley duff so I was curious what she could do for me and I messaged her. I think I like it but I want everyone's opinion. I told her to only do something that I could actually achieve in surgery... in other words, not to over-glorify my potential nose. I might use this pic to bring my plastic surgeon. In the after picture, my bridge is filed down and then knocked out wider to give the illusion that my nose is less long. then the tip was refined... she said that was the equivalent to taking out fat and narrowing the tip cartilages. then she brought up my tip without showing too much more nostril and this would be done with a cartilage strut graft. notice the result is a straight, stream-lined nose that is sleek and doesn't draw too much attention to itself.

so then next she said she gave me very subtle cheek bone implants that help support my face and now since my nose is better, the eye can go to them.

oh so besides telling me what u think, which surgeon could achieve this? does anyone else have a nose like me and went to my desired nose? thanks.

i think that look really good! so natural, u would think u were born with that nose, cos it just a little bit smaller than ur natural nose (whichin my opinion doesnt even look that bad) my nose looks small and refined from the front but iv got a bit of a bump on it, but i dont really wana have surgery, i dont think i would look like myself but im all for people doing it! im only 17 at the moment though, so maybe in a few years when my nose gets bigger i'll feel differently

i have no idea about surgeons, coz i live in UK! but i think most surgeons ask you to bring a pic of a celeb or friend so they know what type of nose you want. Hope everything goes ok wit ur new nose!!

I don't really understand why you would want a rhinoplasty. Your nose is fine the way it is, I think your current nose looks way better on you than the one in the altered picture. Really!

I think your nose look great the way it is :-) But the "after" photo is nice too. I guess it would boil down to: do you really want to pay for something strictly for cosmetic reasons and go through the recovery period?
