Do you guys know how long I should Ice after rhinoplasty? I got my surgery done Feb 23rd. Should I still be icing every single night? Does this help with swelling? Thank you so much

Hi,
icing does help, but you should never put directly on nose. On cheeks and eye area, in the first week or so. Use arnica gel and take homeopathic Arnica Montana as well. Your surgeons must have told you about those. They do help a lot.
Your swelling overall will subside slowly and your nose will look more normal in the 2nd month. But your tip will take much longer to take shape. I'm in my fifth month post-op, and my tip is still swallen. Slight changes make a big difference, and you will notice this with time.
But if you are so happy with it now only a few weeks after your surgery, it should only get better.
Expect a final result after 6 months.

I am so excited right now. After doing some research on that stuff I found a lady talking about Paula's Choice for blackhead removal! I just went on the site and ordered some BHA 2% lotion It had amazing reviews on Makeupalley.com. I have the worst blackheads ever!!! I am going to start using this and see if my skin clears. Her site is awesome, you can order samples and its free shipping!
My face broke out so much more after surgery because I wasn't washing my face during the first week. It seems to be getting better.

You can buy Arnica gels and creams, and Arnica Montana homeopathic medicine at your local Whole Foods market or other specialty stores.
