Hi, I would like to straighten the bridge of my nose. I would also like to slightly shorten the upper portion of my nose from profile view. I would like little, if any, tip work done. Is this something that is reasonably to request?

I know what you mean. First of all, your nose is nt bad. I think that if you file the bony bridge and have the tip more refined (perhaps tip graft) but anyway the tip is ok and your columalla seem to be a bit retracted. Please check other people's opinions cause m not a surgeon.

I think if you consult surgeons (at least 2/3 or as many as you like) around NY area (East coast) your changes are that you ll find good ones.
