Who are the top rhinoplasty surgeons in the United States? Since this thread was started over 3 years ago, over 40,000 people have visited this page, with many sharing their thoughts and opinions on who they consider to be the best rhinoplasty surgeon in the US, or the world for that matter.

Unfortunately, there was evidence to suggest that some plastic surgeon reviews posted on this thread were of an ulterior motive; surgeons promoting themselves and disgruntled patients posting under multiple aliases. In turn, the decision has been made to delete all postings under this thread and start fresh, but with the following WARNINGS:

• Surgeons and/or their affiliates attempting to secretly promote themselves violates section 255.5 of the FTC guidelines on the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising.
• Unsatisfied patients of any plastic surgeon must refrain from making slanderous (untrue) statements about their rhinoplasty operation. Keep in mind that many doctors take legal action against posters in such circumstances. Stick to the facts.

I have finally decided to get my once-straight nose repaired.
It has been broken five or six times, and I look like a boxer from the side (I like the front aspect).
Can anyone please help me? I know that there is a lot of scar tissue, and the surgery will be tricky...which is why I am going to do a lot of research before I narrow down the most qualified surgeons for my shortlist.

Edit: I just read something about the Medical Justice not saying that they are posting 'fake' positive 'reviews' (by 'impostors') so let s edit the above post on this thread. However, there is enough evidence to say that the rating reviews in question are posted by the Medical Justice team and not actual patients posting them on the net.

I am in the process of researching revision doctors for rhinoplasty. I have gone for consultations with Toriumi, Dr. Le, Dr Richard Warren and had a consultation with Solieman and Linter. I do not have a dorsal hump issue. My nose is more like an Asian nose although I am half Russian and female. I have a somewhat bulbous tip due to weak cartilage in the tip and thicker skin. I also do not have a very strong bridge. I had a irradiated rib graft put in my nose and then had a hole resulting from the first surgery where some tissue was extracted from my septum which was 'not of good quality' and then the rib graft was put in which was a surprise. I was a bit bothered by having the cadaver tissue in and it was replaced with my own. However, I initially did not want to have my bridge built up and I was pretty young when I had this done. So instead of having my collumella lowered I awoke to a much bigger nose. Additionally the point where my bridge starts is REALLY high a bit off set, moblie and it looks wrong for my face. Any help that could be given to me would be greatly appreciated.

The doctors I'm considering are andre aboolian, jay Calvert, Stephen pincus, dr David Kim and babek azizxadeh. Does anyone have any experience with any of these doctors. Please help???
