About the Process ?
The main aim of this process is to make your special treatment program based on your individual needs. All personal, medical informations, reports , photos that you share with us are under data security and will only be used to plan your medical program.
In general the process is as follows ;
1. You sent us your request, your problem and wishes
2. You get some questions to evaluate your medical history
3. Seperate from the general medical history evalution , we also have some spesific evaluations according to the planed program.
- If you are a cosmetic surgery patients its adviceable to sent some photos of the surgery area, so that our cosmetic surgery team can make more definite decisions about the possible treatment plan.
- If you are a intertility &sterility treatment patient, previous medical test results, reports also are of great importance for us . We would be glad when you sent us some copies via e mail.
- If you are candidate for lasik, eye laser patient, to make sure that you are an appropiate candidadte for this treatment we advice you to have a previous ophtalmologist evalution in your country and also sent the test results by email or fax. to us. All these tests will be repeated here at our eye clinic but we want to make sure that you are a right candidate just even before your flight.

5. You will be guided step by step about the points what have to consider before your surgery and flight ( for example abaout smoking, not taking aspirin etc.).
6. In the leadership of our international patient coordinator your data and needs will be evaluated by a the team (the cosmetic surgery team, eye laser team, dentistry or orthopedist, etc.) and your personal treatment plan will be developed. This will include the adviced treatment plan, surgical method, adviced total stay and total costs .
7. After receiving the definite answer, everything about the hospital, hotel, transfer services are organised
8. Pre operative evaluations including blood analysis and examamination for anethesia appropiateness will be done by a specialised anesthetist doctor.
9.Assistance at hospital discharge and transfer to the hotel
10. Organising medical treatment (medications ) after hospital discharge
11. Control visits at your hotel
