To make a long story short, I had my primary (closed rhinoplasty) 2 years and 2 months ago. I had my nose bridge (dorsum) built up with an L-shaped silicone implant (I have a very Asian nose, but the rest of my features are Caucasian, so I look very weird). I seem to have thick, oily skin at the base/tip of my nose.
Anyways, the only thing I was happy about after the first operation was the height and definition I got on my nose bridge. I wanted the tip to be pointier and my nose to be less wide, but the doctor did not do anything else to my nose because he was convinced that the implant would push my nose up and make it looks less wide...well it didn't really.
The implant shifted to the right over time.
So I got it revised by a reputable doctor 3 weeks and 5 days ago. During the open rhinoplasty, he took the implant out and replaced it with ear cartilage and also built my tip up with cartilage and gave me an alar base reduction. I think the alar base reduction went okay. But my nose is still so ugly. Tip is all hard, rounder, and wider and bigger than before. Not at all what I wanted. I asked for a more feminine and defined nose. Now both sides of my profile still look different and really fat. My nose is skewed and crooked with no shape, no definition. He says there is still water in my nose and I'm still swollen at this point. But I'm worried and depressed that he's just BSing me.

But here's the photo anyway @ 12 days...but I don't see much of a difference at almost 4 weeks.
Can anyone give me some hope? Share your experiences? Thank you.
