septoplasty revision did not better my breathing. Is this because of swelling?
 

My breathing got worse on one side after surgery. Not by a lot but there is a difference. I had revision septoplasty done, and it's still the same. My dr is has had a lot of experience so I trust him when he gave me the reasons but will it get better after the swelling goes down? It feels/looks like the nostril hole is even smaller inside.
