Default the big nose of Mass

Hey guys and girls,

I've made up my mind about seeking some surgery and don't know where to begin. I'm from Western Mass and so far, there is no cosmetic surgeon advisor to talk about the possibilities of shaping up my nose. I think my nose is the most hilarious part of my head, but at the same time I understand it needs fixing. It's wide but it is a hefty nose lol.

Is anyone from the Massachusetts area and could recommend me someone and do you have any pictures with results? I'm looking towards a Rhinoplasty, that can shape it to be more defined, instead of "loud". Any help will be appreciated.

Dr. Frank Fechner in Worcester - had my revision rhino with him - fantastic Dr. and wonderful person, extremely well trained and skilled, double board certified and only does face and neck (which is what you want for primary or seconddary nose job). Good luck!
