Contrary to what they say, the swelling in the tip continues to decrease well beyond the 1 year mark. My nose has softened quite a bit since I last posted, and though it has reduced in size in the tip area it still feels like there's a tiny bit of swelling left, so I expect more refinement. I am much happier with the results now that the swelling has decreased. My nose is so much smaller and refined even though I had a huge bulbous nose to begin with, but without looking pinched or overdone. Dr. Behmand perfomed the rhinoplasty as well as septoplasty / turbinectomy (and upper lip augmentation). I would highly recommend.

you look awesome. Looking at Behmands gallery I would think he'd give you a teeny tiny nose but you obviously asked for the right things. You look like ScarJo!! Congrats sweetie!

thanks! my nose was actually turned up to begin with so he didn't have to do anything to accomplish that (i think). just removed a bump to reveal the natural curve underneath. i like teeny tiny noses like natalie portman's and winona ryder's i think they're ultra-feminine and sleek.
