I'm a 25 year old male. have a deviated septum (left nostril gets too tight at the root) and thought it would be best to have a rhinoplasty done to fix my nose at the same time. About my nose, I have a hump and a bulbous tip. I also have a small chin which makes the nose look a little big on my face. Since the chin is a bit asymmetric from the frontal view, I thought of having sliding genioplasty done on the chin. What I want from the genioplasty is an increased vertical height as well as fixing the asymmetry.
I was wondering if there are good doctors who perform rhinoplasty/genioplasty together. I live in Houston and I also have a residence in Seattle.I appreciate if you could let me know about your possible experiences with these two procedures and name some good doctors preferably in Houston, Seattle.

I did some internet research and it seems that for fixing my jaw (the chin asymmetry), I might need to have the sliding genioplasty done by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. But since the nose is also an issue here, it seems to me that the chin and nose should be addressed together to best adjust their sizes..
So ideally I'd like to know if there is any one doctor good at both of these procedures or I should address these issues separately, and if so where should I start from?
