Nose "lifting", does it exist?
Hello. I'm 19 years old. I have a kinda of big nose but that doesnt bother me much, what bothers me is that my nose looks like its "falling" from the original place. What i mean by this is that my nose currently makes a little curve and the tip of the nose is way down like it was dislocated, falling. I also have a deviated septum i need surgery anyway to correct it so my first question is, does a nose lifting exist? Because if i pull my nose up with my fingers just an inch or so everything goes in the right place, looks like i just took a really hard punch down :Freak: and the nose dislocated. If it does exist, is it hard? What about the price, if i do make the surgery for the septum do i need to pay more? What is the required age? If you guys could tell me it would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Nose lifting for a droopy tip would only be achievable through a full rhinoplasty. A cartilage strut graft at the base of the septum could help prevent the problem from re-occuring in the future, because it is a genetic trait.

Mr Z do you have any good doc recommendations for this problem? I too am faced with this issue. I actually had my nose done years ago but the tip has become displaced from a slight impact and is now drooping again.
