Hi there. I was wondering what kind of nose job I would need and how hard my nose is to fix. My main problems are the size and width of the nasal bone and tip. Here are the pics.Also, do you think my face is relatively good looking besides the nose?

The following needs to be addressed concerning your nose: root, dorsum/bridge, lateral nose, tip alar groove, ala, and columella.

You have great hair and lips.

Besides your nose you might want to consider getting a moderately sized chin implant, as it would balance out your facial shape from your forehead down. What do you think?

How do you feel about your eyes, specifically the eyelids, and under eye area?

If I were you (which I'm not), I'd also groom my eyebrows via threading or waxing. What do you think?

Post rhinoplasty you would have to reevaluate your appearance ... you might benefit from cheek implants.

There was a post on here a year ago with a link to a picture (on RealSelf from what I recall) that showed a very impressive rhinoplasty for a nose similar to yours. You may want to dig back and try and find it. I'm sorry but I don't remember the surgeon's name, but I do remember he was somewhat new (which sort of worried me, so I would take that into account).
