Long Surgeries
 
Hey Everyone,

One surgeon I'm interested in performs very long revision rhinoplasty surgeries - sometimes in excess of 8 hours. Is this particularly dangerous, or is an 8-10 hour surgery only slightly more risky than a 4-5 hour surgery?
