Tip Work Only Hi, everyone. I had septorhinoplasty several years ago and am not completely happy with the results. My primary concern is that my nostrils look asymmetrical and my columella droops from the frontal view. Every surgeon I've consulted with has recommended a more comprehensive approach to my cosmetic and functional issues - straighten the deviated septum, correct the open roof deformity, build up the scooped bridge, etc. However, since I'm only really worried about the frontal view, is it advisable to do tip work alone - lift the drooping columella and correct the alar retraction? Any advice is appreciated. -Jon |
