Best rhinoplasty surgeons in San Diego? Ugh!

Searching for a good rhinoplasty surgeon in San Diego is about to make my head explode. Either I don't like their work, or they are supposedly award winning doctors who have horrendous reviews on varies patient feedback sights, or they haven't been practicing long. The "or's" go on and on. Mostly I can't find a single doctor who has numerous positive reviews at all. (Excluding their own website) I don't know anyone who's had a nose job. I also haven't found anyone specializing in noses or faces. The one guy I was really considering who specializes in noses a) has only been practicing 7 years and b) was involved with the rotting off nose botch job in Texas. He has since moved to San Diego. I was so excited at first, but I'm beginning to get so discouraged I'm considering dropping the whole thing. I don't need a huge nose job, just a minor adjustment. Has anyone had rhinoplasty in San Diego and been happy with their results!?

I have been looking for a revision rhinoplasty specialist... in the state of CA. I ONLY WANT the best.

I study doctor website's at night. Have you seen Dr.Karam's work. I saw an interview on youtube. He is near San Diego.. he looks pretty good. what do u think?

Have you found anyone yet yaya? I'm looking in San Diego as well, and I can't for the life of me remember why I scratched Karam off my list. (I'm starting to get overwhelmed and confused). His photos looked pretty nice, though wasn't in love with every single one of them---some I found to be too subtle. I always find it helpful when they give a description of the photos. (Like when I don't think they did enough, but then its noted that the patient only wanted a very slight change. Ohhhh, okay.)

Has anyone gone to Maurice Sherman for rhinoplasty or a consult?

Dr. Niccole is best cosmetic surgeon in California and I think you should contact them http://www.cosmeticare.com/plastic-s...inoplasty.html

Hi Scott James,
I don't see that Niccole is board certified in facial PS, I think I feel more comfortable going that route.....

Would you mind sharing which surgeon was involved with the necrosis case? (or sharing initials?) Was he involved with this surgery in a good way or bad way? (repairing or causing?) All I know is that do not go to a doctor with the initials of Dr. H, he has destroyed the face of many, including me (I now look like some type of creature, namely a troll or gnome.)

This particular surgeon also purposely makes mistakes and adds wrong types of grafts so that he can earn more money by charging people for MULTIPLE touch ups or filler injections when things go wrong. He is an experienced surgeon who knows how not to make mistakes but knows how to purposely create them in times of his financial debt.
