Hello,

I've been thinking about getting a revision rhinoplasty for a few years now. My primary was done 12 years ago, and although I don't think its bad, there are some things that could be improved. For example, I do have a bit if a scoop, my columella hangs and the tip is just a bit off centre (my right tip "bulges" more). For those of you who care, my primary was done by an ENT in Alberta, Canada -I moved down to the US in March 2010.

I visited a surgeon in Arizona but he does not do revisions and referred me to Dr. Gunter in Dallas. I checked out the website and I like his coworker, Dr. S. Cochran, work better. Has anyone out there had work done by Dr. Cochran in Dallas? If so, I'd love to hear your feedback. I'm finding it hard to find people who have had surgery by him.

Other surgeon's I'm considering are below. If anyone has had surgery with these guys I'd love to hear about your experience. Your help is GREATLY appreciated.
