You don't see the nostril collapse from the front shot on the side where the nostril is pulled up?

I guess this would be called a "finesse" revision, but if I could fix those things I would like to.

A few of the docs I saw said they could get a alar batten graft and rim grafts in endonasally and obviously not touch my bridge etc... since I have no prob with that.

Anyone with grafts in their noses now-- are you happy or are they visible to you??


Any more opinions please? I think I have to take my time with this--- I need to do more research!
