As an individual who is very experienced in the realm of cosmetic surgery both personally and professionally, I must reiterate, that S&L ARE into creating an experience. I will stand behind that. Glossy ads, refreshments, promotional interviews, etc. Caveat emptor!

Hey Mike -

Just wondering who you went with. Please let us know. If you haven't decided on a surgeon yet, I know of one in FL with a great reputation on some of the other forums.

Thanks.

-Jon

Im still searching do you have any recommendations for me?
I need a surgeon who is preferably double certified and specializes in rhinoplasty with a great track record who is up to date and has experience in the following. Raise the columella so that it is straight out, not upturned. Reposition the lower lateral cartilages because my right side lateral cartilage is positioned more vertically compared to the left which is causing most of the right alar retraction or notching and tip asymmetry. I will most likely need a rim graft or composite graft depending on the level of retraction once the former has been performed. I also think it would look better to redefine the tip and narrow the nose a little.

You can PM me any recommendations.
Thanks

Really? Did you go to Litner and Soliman and get surgery? Because I did and they were fantastic and still are post op. It was the best experience I have ever had and if i had to do it again I would and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I have seen mixed results from Hilinski.

Please PM me for recommendations.

I would defiantly stick to Soliman and Litner if I were you. They are awesome! Their results are fantastic too. I got mine done Feb 23rd and it was the best experience and even after 1 week my results are EXACTLY what I wanted. I love how on their site they have pictures of patients one year later showing results. They are good priced and you get two doctors that are highly qualified in many ways. They were ENTs prior and worked a lot in that field before plastic surgery. They are the sweetest guys ever and really good at what they do. They will get you the exact result you want. I did a ton of research and had many consultations and no one compares to them. This lady that is saying bad stuff I guarantee 100% she did not go to them for surgery. Look at their reviews , they get EXCELLENT reviews. Speak to only people who have gone to them and have experience directly with them. You can PM if you want.

Mike they also have a less than 1% revision rate so they are excellent at what they do. They guarantee their work so if you did have to get a revision they would pay for the surgical costs and everything, they back their work. Think about it, if you go to other doctors that dont have smaller revision rates you will end up paying WAY MORE than what you wanted to spend in the end. Revisions cost a lot with other doctors. Why not get it right the first time round? Soliman and Litner are two very very very talented and gentle doctors. I dont get what this lady is talking about, the experience??? I loved my experience it was the most pleasant experience I could have ever gone through. I would rather have an awesome comfortable experience and an amazing nose than a horrible experience and an amazing nose. Comfort was very important to me. This was my first surgery and I was scared but they totally made me feel at ease. The whole process was fantastic in every way. You can PM me if you want I will answer any questions. Its obvious they are amazing they get excellent reviews on many forums and places. My nose looks AMAZING and it hasnt even been 4 weeks yet. I got it done Feb 23rd. I cant believe this lady on here is knocking them for promoting an amazing experience. HAHAHA so funny. Anways they are awesome! And they didnt do any packing on me or stints which I really appreciated. I experienced no pain what so ever. Easy as PIE! Def. Stick with Soliman and Litner. I promise you wont be let down.
