Default A little confused

Hi, I am new to this forum and a little embarassed to ask this so you will have to excuse me. I am from England and am not sure exactly what is meant by a 'cookie cutter nose'

It's a nose that looks a specific way and often unnatural. Sort of like if you were to draw out an image freehand, or if you use a stencil. Cookie cutter = stencil-esque...

I hope that makes sense. haha

It does not necessarily mean the nose looks done.

For example when referring to a "cookie-cutter" surgeon, it means the doc does one size fits all noses (the same nose/nose style) for all his patients. this approach does not work well.

Thank you robyne00 I understand what you mean, certain celebrities look like they have all visited the same surgeon. In some cases they look fantastic and in others they look strange. I assume it depends on the size and angles of the individual faces.

Tremayne,

If you look on a few surgeons' websites, and check out their before and after photos you will eventually notice this phenomenon.

The patients can be different ethnicities, various races, male or female, but the common thread is they all have the same nose!!!

Like I said in my earlier post in this thread, it just doesn't work.
