Here are one before and one after pic - they are not perfect to compare the issue I had. I'll find better ones later maybe.

First and main reason was to fix my deviated septum: I could hardly breath through my left nostril at all. Since I already had surgery because of that I asked my surgeon to also enhance the appearance as I my nose was always too projected. So I asked for a conservative change to have the same nose but less projected.

What he did was he decreased the angle and also did some tip work.

So that's how it looks like at day 12 with still a lot swelling going on since I suck at taping lol

So far I am VERY happy with the results - I recovered very quickly and the results are more dramatic than I expected but also much better than I thought they could possibly be. I see a the positive change but also still myself in the mirror, which is tough to balance sometimes.
