Hey Everyone

I am looking for the best surgeon for my primary rhinoplasty.I live in the Uk and am planning on travelling to the states this summer to have it done.After what seems like tons of research i still dont seem to be any closer to finding the right surgeon for me.At times i truly feel like giving up ,but as this is something i know i definitely want doing, i am willing to carry on researching for as long as it takes.The frustrating thing is that every time i feel i have found the surgeon for me i find something that puts me off and i end up going back to square one.
The surgeons that i am considering at the moment are
DR jacono
Dr grigoryaants
Dr naficy
Dr pastorek

At first i was sure i would end up going with Dr naficy as i have spoken to a few of his patients and seen their pics and their results are really good,but i dont like that he only uses the open approach,it seems too agressive.

Dr pastorek credentials are amazing but i am not too sure i am not sure as there is no pics on his website although i have heard he is supposed to be really good.

I am leaning towards dr grigoryants as he seems to have loads of happy patients on the mmh forum,but i would be worried i would end up with a ski slope nose that alot of his patients have got and thats defo not the look i want, and all the results seem similiar which worries me ,but i like the fact that he uses the closed approach and he does seem skilled.Its sooooooooooooo confusing.


Its also really confusing with all the media nd hype and have no idea now what i should trust and i would be truly devastated if i ended up with a result botched result.

I would truly appreciate everyones help and if someone can recommend me some well trusted rhinoplasty surgeons for a primary. i am at the point now where i am just so desperate to get it done and want to feel that i am a least a bit closer to finding a good rhinoplasty surgeon.

really confusing and I ended up with a botched result and your doing the right thing in asking everyone who's who...

Thank you so much for your kind words.
I just want to say how sorry i am that you have had to go through what you did.
It is absolutely appalling that surgeons get away with doing this to people.
Have you looked into Dr le,he might be worth researching .I have seen some excellent revisions he has done and a woman who has done a blog( I think her name is penelope )on her botched rhinoplasty by a nyc surgeon went to him for a revision and he did a amazing job on her.
I was considering looking into him for my primary rhinoplasty but because i have seen only revision results and no primary patients by him i decided to look into other surgeons
