I am considering a rhinoplasty to improve my looks a bit and probably improve my breathing better.

If anybody has happy results with their noses performed in Portland or Vancouver, let me know which Dr. I'd hate to go too many consultations paying fees.

Can you post some pics so I as well as other forum members can provide you with recommendations for the appropriate specialist? Also, let us know what you perceive to be the problem with your nose, besides the breathing issue.
