Question Hanging Columella

What amount of hanging columella is too much? How much hanging columella correction is perfect and how much is going to far? The reason I bring this up is I'm trying to judge if my surgeon did it right a few years ago. From the site my columella does appear improved but from the front it is awful because the tip extends past it - see pic.

What can be done to repair a columella after too much has been taken away?

What are some guidelines for how much it should hang. Please if there any ratios are measurements to relate it to the nostrils or tip that would be insightful!

Can you post a full profile and frontal pic? You can make your eyes unrecognizable (black them out) to maintain anonymity.
