Default does open rhinoplasty leave visible scars? ever?

I've been thinking about getting a nose job for a long time but am concerned with the idea of open rhino. Seems like all the doctors in my area only do open or at least are only good at it if they do open. Does this leave ANY visible scar? I have very light skin so any scar on my face would really be an eye catcher. I don't understand how it's possible to cut apart that piece of skin between your nostrils and NOT leave some sort of scar? I scar everywhere easily and they last so I don't know why my nose would be any different. I figure it would be pointless getting the surgery if you're left with a big honking scar on your face to show everyone you did have surgery.

Can you know for sure if you will have a scar or not with open rhinoplasty? Does anyone have a scar left from open rhinooplasty?

Default

I had open and don't have a visible scar i mean maybe if u looked up at the bottom of my nose from 5 inches away you MIGHT see a light line from a scar in good lighting but that's about it.
