Your nose does not look bad to me in the pic you posted. You need to post a current profile pic, a current frontal shot, as well as a before profile pic, and a pre-op frontal pic, so forum members have a common frame of reference which to utilize for further assessment.

OT, but be careful of the sun. I was told 6 months no direct sun on nose.

The excess oil isn't uncommon. It happens a lot of with open rhinoplasty. The oil glands in the skin are out of whack from being stretched and pulled in surgery. That should go away but it could take up to a year.
