So,
I've been visiting a few plastic surgeons... the areas of interest are rhinoplasty, chin implant, neck lipo & otoplasty
I found a doctor that made me quiet comfortable in what he does and the way he approached the procedures
These are the results he generated using software for the rhinoplasty (bump removal) as well as neck lipo and chin implant
After seeing the pics, I feel a little weird about the after, but I assumme it may be a bit normal since it looks quiet different of who I currently am
Anyways, I'd like to share these with you and would love to hear what you guys think about what the surgeon thinks he can do

Never go by a morph. It never ends up looking like the projected image.

Which is the before and which is the after? Are you getting all of the surgeries at once? I would hope not.

Have you met with the surgeon in person? That is how you know you feel comfortable with him or her. That's the real test.

Ha... I would hope you would know which one is the before and after Look at the nose hump for the before pic
I an thinking about all at once mostly because of work. I rarely take timeo off, and my boss and I agreed on a time frame where this would work for me. What are the disadvantages you see in doing all at once?

Are you getting otoplasty at the same time as well?

The dangers of getting everything done at once are abundant. They range from medical concerns (i.e.: blood loss) to one surgeon not having the ability to be an expert at everything (red flag).

Did you meet with this surgeon in person? Have you seen any of his before and afters? Remember those can be fake too. Morphs are interesting and intriguing, but can be very deceiving, as the final product usually never turns out as projected.

The before and afters that they post on their websites can be fake images?? How on earth can you ever tell which surgeons are good at surgery and which ones are good at photoshop?

I agree not going by the morph. I was horrified by my #2 morph the included lifting my tip. It looked like a pig! But, it's hard to visualize because it's one dimensional. I think it gives you a rough idea, but wouldn't expect exactly what you see. Good luck!

Well I think it's a big improvement, at least from the profile. If you don't want as drastic of a change with your nose though, then you may want to have him take less off the hump (so it's an amount somewhere in between your before and after).

Yes, getting all those things done at once isn't the ideal way to go about it. I think the chin implant and neck liposuction could be done together without a problem, but I think you should do the nose separate if possible (noses are the hardest!).

Would it be possible to post a frontal pic (with your eyes blocked out) so we can get a better idea?
