Hey ladies and Gentelman

i had my primary end of March, and my cast removed this past Monday, so today i am 4 days after the cast was removed...
I know i know it is swelling, BUT,
my main concern was my front view, as it appears very big on pictures, fat and thick if i can put it in that way. I also has a little bump removed, and work on my tip as my tip was very unsymmetrical.
Now being 10 days post op, i am happy with my profile, my tip is still big although i know from re search that tip goes down last, so i have patience for that, my problem is my front again. My nose looks thick, i know from the pic you cant tell much because you need to see my face so you can get idea how the nose looks i might post some more in future.. Something that is weird to me is, can swelling be hard to touch? i am not talking about the tip which is also hard of course, but when i touch my nose all over it feels hard, and i am thinking it feels like bone how can this go down?

(
Also the are between my eyes, where the nose starts and what i think is where the nose was broken, feels so bumpy, and it makes my nose looks even more fat and thick. Infact from my profile because of this tiny bump between my eyes has affect on my profile as well. This tiny bump wasn't there before, so i know it is swelling and i believe it is where the bone was broken but it is so hard to touch and i am afraid when will that go down and would it go down at all?
Ah i want tiny nose

i want to be able to take pictures from the front without worrying..
So i have thick skin as i have been told by my ps, and i had open rhino. i am 22 years old Female..
I have attached images of my nose now after surgery from front and side, and i have also attached images of what my nose is supposed to look like from the program that my dr did on me. I know you are not the dr, but do you think i will enjoy the projected results? Anything to make me calm down, i already had my first emotional brake down yesterday.
