Hello to all,

I'm trying to figure out if I need a nose revision. In some pictures I've seen of myself, my nose looks bigger than it was pre-op, but in others it looks just fine. I'm not sure if it's due to lens distortion or if my original doctor actually made my nose larger than it was originally. Is this possible? I know that a camera lens can distort and make a normal nose look bigger, but I'm wondering if the reverse is true as well - that it can make a large nose look smaller than it really is, which would account for the photos in which it appears normal. I really don't know the truth about my nose at this point.

Can you post some pictures so we may see? Of course you can block out the eyes to maintain your privacy.

My nose looks very different in these pictures, size and shape is completely different. If the first one is how it really looks, then I need a revision. Could lens distortion is responsilble for this?

Projection issue, possible bridge work needed, possible nostril size/shape, and tip. Can you post a frontal shot, so the bridge can be assessed in an ameliorated fashion?

Are you referring to the first photo? I'm happy with the way it looks in the other two, I'm trying to figure out which is the most accurate representation.....

I am referring to all photos especially the 1st and 3rd. If you like your nose that's what matters. A frontal pic would be quite helpful.

My dilemma is which one is the most accurate depiction. To me, my nose doesn't project as much in the 3rd photo, and I can live with it. The first one bothers me. Is there a way to tell which one is the most accurate representation? I don't want to get a revision if my nose looks like it does in the last two photos.

Important question!!! Is your head tilted in the frontal pic? Your bridge is somewhat narrow and the tip indicates protrusion.

The lighting does can your nose appear different from photo to photo, however, pictures 1 and 3 indicate some issues.
