In this photo, and I'm not sure if it's due to the tilt, crooked bone structure appears to be present. The lighting in the frontal photo makes it difficult to ascertain if there is an indentation on the right side of your nose. Clarification would be great.

Are you questioning the need for rhinoplasty solely based upon photos or have you been pondering this for some time? You definitely have strong bone structure, which is excellent.

[QUOTE=robyne00;6010]Important question!!! Is your head tilted in the frontal pic? Your bridge is somewhat narrow and the tip indicates protrusion.

This one is more straight on, but the resolution is not very good.

Based on photos.

In some of them, it looks like the surgeon did an acceptable job (I know it's not perfect, but the third photo doesn't bother me at all), but in others, it looks like he actually made it larger than it was previously. I'm just trying to figure out why it doesn't photograph consistently, and which is closer to reality. I came to this board to get an unbiased opinion. I know this sounds horrible, but I don't trust that a revisionist surgeon will be honest with me. I think they will tell you that you need a revision even if you don't.
This may not be fair on my part, though.

Most revisionists WILL want to perform rhinoplasty on you. Some because they legitimately see issues. Others because they see dollar signs.

The second frontal photo shows less crookedness but there is some unevenness there. Yes, there is a difference between the two.

The profile photos reveal some issues that were identified by myself, as well as other forum members, but if you're happy with it stop analyzing photos!!! Do you like what you see in the mirror? That's what counts!

I know that the front is not perfect, but I can live with it. It is the projection from the side that concerns me. You are correct, maybe I should just assume that the photos in the last two pictures are accurate and just move on from there. I'm just amazed at how it can look like one of the biggest noses I've ever seen in some photos, and then look normal in others.

I've seen pics of myself where I thought I looked different than usual as well. Sometimes it's lighting, photographer/photography quality, how you actually looked, gaining or losing a few pounds, if you have a tan or not ... I can go on and on.

If I were you I wouldn't sweat it, but I'm not you!

Take a bunch of pics and perhaps you'll make another judgement call.
