Do you remember what was undesirable about the results that you saw? I have a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Grigoryants scheduled in December. I'm a caucasian female; getting the bump removed and slight refinement on the tip. The Dr. said that he thinks that I would have a good result. But, I'm nervous because the date is getting closer and I want to feel confident that I've chosen someone good. Any information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I keep hearing that for fixing septum deviation (as part of rhinoplasty), the surgeon should also be an ENT. Would you guys recommend grigoryants as someone knowledgeable in this area?

I don't think it matters ENT vs plastic surgeon. I think it is more important to pick someone who does many noses. Dr Grigoryants did my daughter's nose and several of her friends did their noses with him too . Their noses turned out beautifully and they have been referring to him their friends. He does very nice noses. Look at his before and after pictures.
He also fixed my daughter's breathing. The best thing to do would be to meet with him. He goes into great detail explaining how he does breathing, reshaping etc. There were always many nose patients in his waiting room and you can talk to them. Anyway, I am very happy with my daughter's result.

The before&after photos are really good and it shows that he is good with noses for sure. But like Mr.Z was saying, he doesn't really tell you when the after photos were taken. It's important to know how long it took for the nose to take shape.

I had surgery from him about 4 years ago. I had my nose done and I am so happy with the results. In fact, most people didn't notice! Only VERY close friends. I had a slight bump removed and my overall projection reduced.

My only regret... is that I didn't take his advice and lift the columella. So, I am going back for further refinement... and yes, I will be going back to him.

I am Caucasian but some consider me to have an "ethnic" look.

Hi Robyne, I am looking at Dr. Grigoryants for a primary rhino but have been hesitant to use an LA surgeon as I want someone more focused on their skills than marketing. I am caucasian and need mostly tip work done and my hanging columella delt with so I have also been hesitant about going with someone who does closed rhinoplasty. I know your post is old, but if you could give me any information regarding your colleagues who's results were sub-par I would very much appreciate it. There is alot of stress regarding this decision and I want to be sure I go with the right doc! If you would PM me or post any information about him and the results you have seen I would REALLY appreciate it! Thank you!!
