Some girl just wrote me a PM and said she spent $12,000 on her surgery and is WAY unhappy with the results ... I feel so bad that her doctor wouldnt do a free revision for her at that price. That is just scary. I paid Half that price and their work is 100% guaranteed to be what I want or they do a revision for free.

And PS almondtree It is 100% possible to get a less than 1% revision rate. Just because you went to two different doctors and got two different botched surgeries doesnt mean all doctors are like yours. The fact of the matter is that these doctors guarantee their work and they are so confident in that less than 1% rate that if a REVISION is needed they will pay for it, surgical costs and all. Why is that so hard to believe? You must be researching bad doctors. A lot of doctors from my research do not guarantee their work and have 15-20% revision rates and if you needed a revision they make you pay the $3,000 for surgical costs. My doctors don't do that. Trust me I was a surprised as you are about the less than 1% rate, but its true. They are so precisise that they get in there and get you the results you want. I am only a little over 3 weeks out and I am very happy with my results and from what someone told me on here I will only get happier and happier as swelling goes away. So seriously go somewhere else with your negativity. If you went to these doctors and have something to say go ahead and say it.

These doctors get excellent reviews online and their before and after pictures on their site is amazing. Trust me I did a ton of research before I went and did this. I was so scared but everything went great.
I am here to help. Keep Pming me everyone

Like I said I am skyping with a girl Friday so she can see pictures of my before and after.

I like how Robyn is trying to say they have a high price too... I have been researching on these forums and you guys pay out 8,000-12,000 for surgeries that arent even good and you need revisions. I cannot believe this... I paid $7000 for my surgery that was $1000 cheaper than going to that doctor in Sacramento. And to top that off they cover all costs if i ever needed a revision which I am 100% positive I would never need one. They have VERY low revision rates. And you get two doctors for that price so they make sure your results will be exactly what you want. The surgical costs are only $800 compared to $3,000 for the guy in Sacramento. I couldn't believe how good the price was for my surgery and especially since I got two doctors working on me. I was floored.

Really? Whats more than average? Because I have been researching on here and most doctors who arent even good charge $10-12,000. I paid $7,000 for my surgery and I wont have to get a revision because they got me to exactly what I wanted.
HA i love how people try to act like they know it all when they haven't even been to these doctors and just look at their website and make judgements.

Keep the PMs coming Glad to help out

Its very subtle but it was exactly what I wanted. My nose is straight now and the tip is refined it looks incredible. And they actually do not charge more than average. They have a less than 1% revision rate and guarantee their work 100% they will pay all costs if needed, like surgical room costs. I think thats better than some of these doctors out there who do a botched nose job and you pay then $3000 and end up having to get a revision else where and pay another $3000! I went to a doctor up north for a consultation and he was $1000 more than my two doctors and he had HORRIBLE reviews and he didnt do a general. I cannot believe the doctors who don't do generals. I would never have surgery if I knew I would be waking up during it... yikes. The doctor up north had many complaints about people waking up during surgery. They just freaks me out. That doctor up north charged $3000 for surgery room costs and my doctors charge $800 and have an anesthesiologist there and a nurse. I just love how people try to talk crap on doctors when they haven't even gone to them in the first place.

My advice is this if you interested in Soliman And Litner ask the people who have gone to them and had the surgery. Don't listen to other people on here who have not even met the guys. These guys are AMAZING and my experience was beyond incredible. They did exactly what I wanted and now I am happy for the rest of my life. I dont have to stress out thinking when my revision will be. That doctor up north at the consultation was already talking about the revision!!!!! BAD NEWS. I asked Soliman and Litner how they get a less than 1% revision rate and they said they are very careful and percisise to get you the exact results you want for good.

Please keep PMing me everyone I will def. talk to you about these incredible doctors. I am more than happy to tell you more YIPPEEEE
What....the....heck? She was saying that they do above average work...why are you speaking like this to her when she is agreeing with your opinion? $7000 IS alot for rhino if you are having medical things done at the same time. Insurance should pick up some of the cost (drugs, partial hospital, partial anesthesia) so with that factored in, $7000 is pretty pricey. Relax.

Hi Kristen,

I like your straight to the point attitude. Yes, 7000 is pretty pricey, but from what I can see these two surgeons Amanda mentioned do good work and 7000 is not much for certain doctors practicing in certain areas and with a good reputation.

My doctor, Paul Na$$if in Beverly Hills, charged me $21,000.00, and wanted $24,600.00 for my ribs! and he left me devastated, with empty pockets, looking for a revision surgeon who can fix me.

So, $7,000 and the tendency is that I can get a good job is different from $24,600..

Wow! $21,000 seems like a lot of money to me Rskull. I had my first(so far) rhino about 6 months ago. My doctor in NY charged me $12,000. I thought that was avergae. I had no breathing problems, so no insurance was involved. Right now I am not yet 100% happy with my nose. I hope it will still go down by the 1 year mark. So I don't want to think about revisions yet. I will give it time. I will post my 6month post-op soon. The tip worries me. That it still looks kind of bulbous.

Amanda, did your insurance pay some of the cost for your surgery, since you had some medical problems with your nose?!
Thanks!

Actually almost every single person I have talked to says that they have paid $10,000 to $15,000 just for the rhino cosmetic surgery and the doctors messed them over and now they have to find a place to get a revision and PAY EVEN MORE> So Actually $7,000 is cheap and they did it right the first time so no revisions and I had cosmetic and tons of medical things done too. I had a broken nose and a deviated septum as well as a enlarged turbinates. And that is before my insurance covered anything. I do not have a good insurance company so I am seeing how much they will even cover. Maybe they will cover $3,000 of that we will see. You are lucky you went to a doctor and paid what you paid and got good results with not needing a revision. I am lucky too. And Robyn was saying that these doctors put on a good experience and that is what they sell. I think it is crazy for her to even judge when she has not even been with them. I had the surgery with these guys and they are unbelievable . Best experience hands down and best results. So yes thank god it was a good experience for me . Some people have nightmare stories about the experience and results.
