Default My two cents on Litner and Solieman

I made an appointment after seeing the work they did on my old high school friend's nose. She had undergone her first rhinoplasty at 16, and the job was horrendous! One of those really 'scooped out' jobs that were popular in the 80's.
She had a revision done at 20, and while there was some improvement, it was still in need of major help. I hadn't seen her for about 5 years, and when I did, about 1 month ago, I barely recognized her! She had taken the plunge, and let Litner and Solieman have a go at it. Wow! So natural, not 'done looking' at all!
My friend is so happy! She says it has given her a level of confidence she hasn't had in years. Her only regret is that she waited so long before doing it.
I am really looking forward to my appointment in two weeks. Will post more after I meet with them.

Default Best Doctor for Middle Eastern Revision Rhinoplasty? Southern California

Hi there,

I have had two nose jobs. First with a doc in Tx that doesnt practice anymore and second with Dr Randal Haworth in Beverly Hills.

I have a deviated septum so my nose if off center and I would like to have it fixed.
I have a middle eastern nose.

This is the last surgery I will go through. Hoping third time's a charm so I'm here to get advice.

Please share who you would recomend in Southern Ca. I live in San Diego but I know there are good docs in OC and LA so Im willing to drive there.

Thanks in advance.

Finding the best plastic surgeon is challenging. None can make it perfect, but can improve your looks. Choosing cosmetic surgeon requires two important things to be considered
1. Number of successful surgeries the surgeon has performed
2. Patient feedback

Board certification is important, but i have of many cases where the surgeries came out negative.

Hello. I have had 3 nose surgeries. I am not happy with my final result and I am understandably afraid about going to a THIRD surgeon but I don't think I have a choice. I had a FaceTime consult with jay calvert. He seems like he really has the expertise I am looking for. His photos look really good too. Can anyone tell me any more info about him? I really want to make the right choice and put this nose deal to bed. Can anyone help me?

Yes I have experience with Dr. Srour and not for the good. The first and worst experience by a so-called-professional PS.
My story is about my BA is posted on the Vitals website.

Hi Robyne00,
I just joined this thread & like Anna, I am also looking for a really good surgeon for revision. I had my primary in 2011, with a BH supposed rhino specialist, but my result is not good. It's not HORRIBLE, I don't look deformed or anything, but it's slightly worse (larger tip) than before surgery. Not sure if it's scar tissue, bad surgery... anyway, I've consulted with A LOT of doctors. Trying to decide who I can really trust, as the last doc I trust didn't work out so well...
Thanks so much for your help & input!!
Very frustrated
