I live in OC and am also searching for a great rhinoplasty dr.

I am considering a few docs myself:

Dr. Rollin Daniel
Dr. Steven Teitelbaum
Dr. Francis Palmer

I was wondering if you had found anything out about Dr. Palmer, because I ran into the same issue on not being able to find any reviews on him?

I made an appointment to see Dr. David E. Kim next week.

Anyone have any experience or know of anyone who's had rhino with him?


So far, I'm leaning towards Dr. Armen Vartany because he has experience doing Middle eastern/ Mediterranean noses. Online reviews have been positive for him and his before/afters look decent. I know of a few people who have had work done with him who are happy with their results. I've gone to one consultation with him so far and felt he was honest in terms of what he can/will do. I will be going to a second consultation, as I have more questions for him.


Any feedback on Vartany??

There is a girl I know of whose had surgery with David E Kim and it looks nice. It's conservative and natural, however he does a lot of cutesy noses as well. Her names JaneGreen on the Breastimplants411 forum if you wanna get in touch with her. Were you able to consult with Simoni?

No, I haven't made an app with Dr. Simoni yet.

I was able to pull up Dr. Vartany, Dr. Grigoryants, Dr. Srour and David E. Kim.

Anyone have experience with Srour?

I have a chin implant revision scheduled with dr. Francis Palmer for next week. I just found a post about him that concerned me and wanted to ask you for more detail, here is the quote :

Advice on best rhinoplasty surgeon please!!!!!!!!!!

"Palmer does have a website. He also has an interview posted on this forum. He does a lot of procedures and performs telephone consults. I have seen work done by him on several different individuals. Personally, I was never impressed."

I think you were referring to his rhinoplastys, but I wanted to clarify. I am a bit freaked out now, luckily I haven't paid for anything yet, but I am very eager to have the implant removed.

Please help, any information or advise would be so greatly appreciated.

I was referring to his rhinos, however, some of his other work was even worse.

Have the consultation, see how you feel, look at his B & A's, ask him the critical questions, and take it from there.

A consultation does not equal an appointment for surgery. Let us know how things turn out.

Hi Robyne,

Thanks so much for responding. Yes, I had my consultation with him 2 weeks ago, and the actual surgery is scheduled for this Thursday. I liked him during the consult, he spent a lot of time with me and seemed very knowledgeable about implants. I am going back tomorrow view before and after pics since I did not see very many when i was there for my consultation.
May I ask if you have ever seen any of his chin implant implant before and afters, especially on a woman? (Granted he is just going to be taking out an implant i already have, not putting one in).

I have only seen one chin implant he did and it was on a man, so unfortunately I cannot give you appropriate feedback.

Has anyone used Dr. David E. Kim from Beverly Hills for revision rhinoplasty? I am so scared to go through this again, so I want to make sure I get it right this time.
