I have posted some new pics that should be better quality using natural light. I'm thinking of removing the hump from nose, should lifting the tip be able to do this?

I'm not a doctor, but in your case the surgeon would most likely shave down the bridge slightly and do some minor tip work, depending on the aesthetic results you desire.
