I would address the hump and a bit of the length. I think that you have a wonderful classic and yes, ethnic look, which is refreshing to see.

What you said about not having a Caucasian nose is exactly what I would professionally recommend you get away from. You need to be true to yourself and your visage, and simply improve ... not look like a different person.

When is your surgery? Some docs do it on the day of, right before surgery, rather than days before...

But blood definitely needs to be drawn prior to surgery.

You can try Raj Kanodia in Beveryly Hills. He did my nose and 3 other girlfriend's noses about 12 years ago. My nose looks good- although I wish he'd done more (but I like V. Grigoryant's work) and it's slightly uneven... of the 4 of us, I am the only one who's not still "tickled" by Raj's work.
