Evaluating the poor quality pics your posted, preliminary, the nose appears red, swollen, the upper lip looks retracted in a superior direction, may be secondary to a big cartilage graft placed in the columella, (structure separating both nasal windows. The distal one terce of the nose, (area near the lip) is red an swollen. To get an exact evaluation should help the operation report be posted.
