To evaluate a nose it si necessary 6 views, AP, Lat (R &L), oblique (R&L) and basal. Evaluating the poor quality pics your posted, preliminary, the nose appears red, swollen, the upper lip looks retracted in a superior direction, may be secondary to a big cartilage graft placed in the columella, (structure separating both nasal windows. The distal one terce of the nose, (area near the lip) is red an swollen. To get an exact evaluation should help the operation report be posted.

Yes, I agree with jtrinidad - additional photos could help.

Re: your savings - 2000AUD, dollars, or euro just isn't worth it. Like you said it ends up being more expensive with the revision rhinoplasty surgery costs, not to mention the mental anguish.

I guess Australia may be different, but in Los Angeles rhinoplasty surgeons claim to be booked out months in advance, too. But once you get in there, usually you can get on a waiting list for a cancellation and have surgery within a few weeks, if desired. There's always someone that's going to cancel or postpone, and that means an open spot for you
