Any rough estimates as to how much session costs for a PS would be? Bascically I want to have a laundry list of improvements at my disposal afterwards.

It depends on the doc, the area, and the surgery. Give some specifics for better info.

Usually around $100 to $150 for a consultation (regardless of how many procedures your consulting about).

Remember plastic surgery is a business. Going to them to ask if you need something done is kind of like asking a carpenter if anything could use an extra nail in it.

Why haven't you taken our advice yet to see a mental health professional? Spend $150 on that instead.

Some PS docs I know charge $200+ for a consult.

A mental health consultation should come before PS, as la_angel said.

Yeah I see your point. I guess finding an objective "professional" view on PS is going to be difficult.

Concerning the MHP, I think they are just as willing to drain your wallet as anyone. There might be a few good ones out there, but they are hard to find.

$150 is typical but some won't charge you if they know you're serious.
