Rhinoplasty isn't on the top of my list but it's something I want to get done eventually. In Las Vegas image is everything and my job depends on how I look. I was born with my dad's nose that is bigger. It's not awful, there's room for improvement though! I'm focused on doing my breasts right now but in about a year, I will do my nose I think. Would this be something I should get done here or in LA? Are there any Las Vegas rhinoplasty surgeons that are half way decent?

I responded to your other post (making clear I do know your area well enough) but I will say when it comes to rhinoplasty, I would travel if needed if you can't find good rhinoplasty surgeons in Las Vegas.

Please be careful with rhinoplasty. The truth is most plastic surgeons do a bad job with this procedure Even in Los Angeles, there aren't that many surgeons that have mastered it yet!

If I do it in LA I don't have any friends/family to stay at after surgery. That is the only reason I want to stick with Las Vegas. I have a ton of friends here that have had plenty of plastic surgery themselves and would take good care of me. I see what your saying, that if I want the best rhinoplasty then I might need to go there. How much should I expect to pay total there for this?

On average, the cost of rhinoplasty nationwide ranges from $3,000 to $8,000. LA and Las Vegas have many butchers. Alot of the LA docs are overrated and focus on things that are unnecessary for successful surgeries (beautiful buildings featuring modern architecture, attractive staff members, additional surgical perks, coffee and gourmet snacks/lunches, etc.). Many Vegas docs run their places like factories. "All in a days work" mentality. People in both areas are desperate for surgeries based upon where they dwell and/or work geographically. There are a few good ones, but its like finding a needle in a haystack. Read your PMs!!!

Only $3 to 8k for a rhinoplasty? I wish that was the average for my city and yes, there are many horrible plastic surgeons here too!

Now that I think about it, I have actually never heard from any Las Vegas rhinoplasty patients on this rhinoplasty forum..

I'm in Las Vegas and interested in this as well.

I've heard good things about Dr. Lane Smith, Dr. Troell, and Dr. Zamboni. Does anyone know anyone who has worked with these surgeons?

Can anybody recommend any surgeons here (or any that should definitely be avoided)? If not, I can travel to Los Angeles or Newport Beach.
