Need an expert for tumescent liposuction Dallas TX?

I am on the fence about gettng tumescent liposuction because I read that it is not as safest method for it. What brings me here are two questions

1- have you had tumescent lipo and would you sat it is safe or more dangerous than the other options?
2- if you live in or around Dallas do you have any plastic surgeons that you like?

Thanks yall!

Unless you have a very small, soft collection of fat, you will need some form of more traditional liposuction. Traditional liposuction is typically used for larger areas where alot of volume needs to be removed. Tumescent is usually better for more concentrated areas of fat. Tumescent lipo results in an a longer healing period because the fat in the protective sheaths around nerves is also melted. Laser lipo can be combined with traditional lipo for enhanced results. According to several websites, I have researched, The American Society of Plastic Surgeons already has reviewed the subject and decided that there is no long term difference in skin tightness.

As far as safety, all surgeries carry serious risk. That is why you literally have to sign your life away before any procedure. I have heard people say that Tumescsent must be safer because you can even drive home after the procedure. Not necessarily smart ... nor true.

It really depends on what you need for YOUR particular situation. I hope the first paragraph helps you to arrive upon an educated and appropriate decision.
