Default Non-surgical liposuction alternatives

I want to know what are the best non-surgical liposuction alternatives? I really do not like the idea of going under the knife again now that my breast implants are screwed up. But I do need lipo.

What are my options

Are there any ways to do it only with small needles

The link below may help you. I have heard negative things about all of them, as well as Smart Lipo.

Here's three:

1 - treadmill
2 - bicycle
3 - stairs

Sorry I know that's a bit rude for me to say, but I it seems that most people who want liposuction now would benefit most from some routine exercise. That being said I do know there are places on some people's body that get more fat due to hormones and genetics and when that is the case then it does make sense. As far as non surgical liposuction, most of what's out there is a scam. There was a company in so Cal for awhile advertising a non-surgical method on the radio and they got shut down. That seems to be the case with most of them sooner or later.

Again, la_angel, I agree with you. Your advice is not rude. People are always looking for the quick fix, and many times the fastest way to reach one's goal is not the best, nor always permanent solution. This reminds me of my client who couldn't understand why she wasn't considered an ideal candidate for liposuction. She said they were discriminating against her due to her obesity. Obviously, saijo, the poster of this thread only has a few pounds to lose so it is not the same scenario.

Someone who is almost at their ideal weight, albeit 5-8 lbs.

...or someone that is at their ideal weight, but just have a couple pounds disproportionately on their body (due to aging, hormonal changes, and so forth). That's all that liposuction should really be used for, it's not a weight loss method.

Since I do follow hormone related issues and treatments, I have to say I'm not sure that hormones have anything to do with it, by the way...and I'll also third the idea that exercise is likely the best alternative - or maybe a Brazilian butt lift.
