Anyone had this done?

I'm in my mid 20's...I'm at a healthy weight and I have a pear-shaped face due to the distribution of fat on it...I don't really have a double chin but have a bit of extra fat around my jaw-line...I like the shape of my face when I pull up the skin on the sides of my jaw, so I know it's fat and not bone or muscle that's making my face look bottom heavy.

Just wondering if anyone has done this, did you like the results?
