The conventional liposuction procedure includes 4 basic steps:

- Incisions are done in the area that is going to be treated
- A small tube (cannula) is inserted the area
- The cannula is moved back and forth to destroy the fat tissue, or releases a solution of epinephrine or lidocaine for the same reason
- The destroyed fat cells are removed by suction! The wounds either are left open or get closed with stitches

As for the cost i can't say for sure while it depends in many factors i described in one of the (many similar) other topics you published!
