Default Liposonix? Lipotherme? Smart Lipo?

Anyone hear of these following procedures: Smart Lipo, Liposonix, Lipotherme,?

They seem less invasive but maybe it's too good to be true. Smart Lipo seems to be to most popular of the three.

Default SmartLipo

Well, I had SmartLipo done a year ago, and the results are horrible. I'm lumpy and disfigured, basically. Only a very small percentage of board certified PLASTIC surgeons (NOT cosmetic surgeons) do laser liposuction. The difference between plastic surgeons and cosmetic surgeons is that cosmetic surgeons can hold any type of medical degree, and they are not specially trained in plastic surgery. It's usually cosmetic surgeons that perform Smartlipo, and they are generally unexperienced, making the results be not so good.. just like mine.

My two cents for Liposonix Ultrasound: LipoSonix Ultrasound is a sophisticated derivative of Ultrasonic Liposuction that has two main advantages:

- It is a non invasive operation while ultrasound is applied through an external device (there is no need for incisions/stitches/blood loss etc)
- Its much more accurate than older ultrasonic liposuction techniques so it focuses in the fat layer which means it neither causes harm to nerves nor leads to blood clots!

There are certain conditions that surgeons like to have in a patient before they proceed with a tummy tuck. These conditions include, but are not limited to, loose sagging skin, a good exercise program and diet program being followed by the patient, elastic and supple skin which heals fast and can handle the surgery as well as have little or no underlying diseases or conditions. The loose sagging skin is what the surgeon takes away during the abdominoplasty procedure.
