These days, there are so many alternatives to traditional liposuction. One particular one that comes to mind since you mentioned "safe" is one actually called SAFELipo. This method, according to their site, causes "less of the tissue damage, dermal adhesions and surface irregularities" that commonly occur from other types of liposuction. You may want to check it out.
