Default Liposuction or Brachioplasty?

My arms have much fat between the underarm and the elbow. And I want to reshape them in smoother skin and more toned and proportionate appearance. I have heard about the Brachioplasty. It is leading surgical method used for arm lifting.

But when I asked about this to my friend so, then she had suggested me Liposuction which used to reshape the entire body. She said if it will remove the unwanted fat from body and reshape the entire body.

I like her suggestion but I am also confused, what is good for me? If you have previous experience or any suggestion please share here.

Thanks!
