what is this "Lipo-Zap" i hear ads for on the radio?

102.7 here in l.a. is always playing the ads but i have no idea what it is. is it actual lip suction?

i just found out Lipo-Zap went bankrupt and they only have one location left in the country and it's in Orange County. So much for that!

Funny I hear there's still one Lipozap location left somewhere in Orange County even though they're out of business. Crazy huh?
