thx but like you said ppl do pay money for lips like mine and thats the problem. with so many fakes everyone assumes mine must be too. i dont want small lips but i dont want huge lips either --- if it means everyone thinks they're fake. dont u think a minor reduction of them would make them look more natural??!

They don't look fake! Have you been criticized a great deal about your lips? People are probably jealous of you.

It's hard for me to tell whether they look "fake" or not without seeing your entire face. But from what I can see, I would advise against lip reduction surgery. Our lips naturally thin out as we age anyway. You will be happy you have them 20 years from now

I've recently had lip reduction surgery to correct a lip augmentation performed 11 years ago which left my top lip quite large (but looked natural) with quite a bit of scar tissue as the augmentation done was quite intrusive.

All I can say is that I am sooo happy that i did the reduction and that I should have done it years and years ago!
