Restylane or Juvederm for Lips? What is best?

I am thinking of getting my lips done. Is Restylane or Juvederm better for lips? I don't want that fake trout pout I am looking for a natural enhancement of just a tiny bit more fullness nothing extreme or noticeable at all. Do you guys have any recommendations on which one is better for this?

I've had Restylane but never Juvederm. People rave about Juvederm. Restylane only lasted 4 months at a clip for me, and I did have some minor bruising one week post injection (blue lips, even with lipstick).

Thanks. I think I'm going to do Juve because it sounds like it lasts longer, especially the Juvederm Ultra Plus/Juvederm 4

I've had Juvederm ultra plus used in a few different places on my face and it lasted a long time. There is one spot where I can still feel it and it has been over a year since I got it. So I'm partial to Juvederm but I've never tried Restylane so I don't know, maybe their thicker version (Perlane) is equally as good.

I've heard that Perlane is even better than Restylane due to its thickness. It also supposedly lasts longer. Wish I knew that in the past!!! :)

I can only speak from personal experience (with Restylane), as well as what friends have told me (about Perlane), but from this thread, I can assess that Juvederm (perhaps Ultra Plus) sounds like it might be the best. I'm going to do some research of my own! Any feedback regarding the differences regarding the types of Juvederm would be most appreciated.

From what I understand, the only difference between the two brands is the viscosity is greater with the Juvederm line. The other difference is it tends to cost a little more than Restylane, even the regular Juvederm costs more.

When getting fillers on the face, as long as the surgeon has great technique as well as a high comfortability level (with me), price isn't the issue.

One of my friends used Perlane and Juvederm Plus and said the Juvederm was much more effective.

Oh another thing I forgot to mention- do not allow the doctor to inject along the border of the lips. This is the technique that looks fake. Injections into the fullest part of the lip is what will look the most natural.
