Default questions about lip augmentation

New here... My lips are a bit on the thin side, nothing unusual or anything but I've always wanted them to be a lot fuller - pic is attached. I've talked to a plastic surgeon and it seems like there are several options. I want something that is long-lasting or even better permanent, but also something that's actually effective in plumping them up. I don't want to go through the hassle and expense and not notice any difference!!! I'm leaning toward Silikon 1000 since it's permanent. My doctor who is highly reputable has very good things to say about it. He also said it's really important to do the augmentation gradually and thinks it will take at least 3-4 treatments to get the look I want. So I'm wondering if anyone else has opinions or experience with this. For background, I'm 25 and female, and also planning on having rhinoplasty in a few months to correct a recent badly broken nose.

Lip Augmentation can reduce the lines and wrinkles around your lips through injection and implants.
