I dont like my smile, and also im not keen about my nose
 

Hello,

My name is Peter, im 21 year old and I dont like my smile. Also I dont like my nose.

If I had a nice smile I am sure I would be smiling all day. Thats the way I feel am, but now Im just smiling a lot less as I would like to.

I have the funds to do basicly anything i would want to do on my face.

The problem is, I dont know where to start. It might be possible to create a nice smile with just a simple (for example) lip reduction.

I would like to have your view on this.

Hi. I have the same problem. Nose job is not really big problem, but I have that problem with mouth... I want to have smaller mouth... :/ Anyway, wish you luck, and message me if you find good reply!
